Ontario program offering rebates for heat pumps ($1,500-$7,500 air-source, up to $12,000 geothermal), insulation ($1,250-$7,700), windows ($100/opening), and rooftop solar/battery ($5,000+$5,000).

Oil to Heat Pump Affordability Program (OHPA)
Federal grant specifically for homes currently heated with oil. Replaces oil furnace/boiler with a cold-climate heat pump. Stacks with provincial HRS.
